This Development Strategy sets out the Trust’s vision, aims and objectives for achieving its charitable objectives over the next five years. It will guide the work of the Trust until 2017.
Annual work plans and budgets will be developed to ensure this Development Strategy is achieved over the next five years without overstretching the Trust’s resources or compromising its long-term viability.
