Chair of the Birmingham & Black Country Local Nature Partnership and member of the Birmingham Green Commission and of the UK Man & the Biosphere Urban Forum. Trustee of the Shropshire Wildlife Trust. I have a national reputation for urban ecology, post-industrial sites and habitat translocation. Currently interested in ecosystem services and biodiversity offsetting. Having lived in Telford for over 30 years, I have many connections with green spaces and wildlife sites including working with Telford & Wrekin Council to designate a network of statutory Local Nature Reserves for people and wildlife.
