We will be helping our at the beautiful Beeches Local Nature Reserve in Ironbridge. Tasks are to be determined. The terrain is moderate.
What you need to know
- All activities are subject to change at short notice due to inclement weather or other circumstances, including C-19
- Please book onto activities in advance, using our website‘s volunteer booking page
- Our minibus can take you to the site, picking up at 9.45am from Coalbrookdale Community Centre on Darby Road. Or meeting on site.
- If you will be travelling in the minibus, please inform us in advance and please wear a mask on the minibus.
- Bring sturdy footwear (preferably steel toe-capped boots for practical activities), outdoor clothing, waterproofs, refreshments and packed lunch.
- We will provide tools, training, gloves, hard hats, goggles, hand sanitizer, masks.
- Please use only the trust’s tools for insurance purposes.
- Under-18s will be asked to provide parental permission before taking part & under-16s must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Please check your Tetanus injections are up-to-date.
- We will be following government guidance on C-19, and will keep you informed as to how this may impact our activities/processes.
