I have been a Trustee since 2010, initially nominated by Shropshire Council, and now as one of two community trustees. With a Masters Degree is Countryside Management my background is in sites management having previously managed Shropshire Council’s Parks and Countryside Service, which involved everything from play areas and football pitches to country parks and Sites of Special Scientific Interest. My other work roles have included developing partnership working between public services, private business and the voluntary sectors, and more recently service redesign and commissioning.
As a resident of Coalbrookdale I am lucky enough to be able to enjoy the Trust’s land everyday and you will often see me with my son and my dog walking through the woods.
